PROJECT INFO
In collaboration with Spase Architects, our team embarked on the transformation of an old barn into a modern home. Utilizing burnt Siberian larch cladding for durability and aesthetic appeal, we integrated Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems and Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) for energy efficiency.
To seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor spaces, we installed landscape glazing and slimline aluminum doors, maximizing views and natural light. This approach created a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, breathing new life into the barn while preserving its rustic charm.
