The project involved demolishing the existing garage and outbuilding to make way for a modern pool house with a replacement garage and workshop. The upper floor boasts an expansive entertaining space overlooking the swimming pool and gardens, supported by a cantilevered design resting on the original brick and flint garden wall.
External materials such as vertical larch cladding and a natural slate roof, along with concealed gutter detailing, contribute to the clean and contemporary aesthetic of the build.
