We were very fortunate to find Castle Builders to undertake our new build property. Having renovated or extended several properties in the past, this was our first self build from scratch. Ryan has established an excellent team of craftsmen and external trusted suppliers/contractors for every aspect of the build. He was very comfortable liaising with our architectural design team and other external suppliers whom we had already sourced to facilitate a build schedule that met existing major deliverables, such as the arrival and erection of the timber frame.

Trust between the customer and the builder is probably the single most important aspect of any project and straightaway we felt very comfortable dealing with Ryan and all of his team. He only employs or works with people he trusts and this really shows. Another key factor is how your builder deals with setbacks or problems. Not that we had many, but where a problem was identified, Ryan was fantastic at putting it right.

His team have an eye for detail and their work has to be right, there are no cutting corners. They all work extremely hard and are rightly proud of their work.

His communication throughout the build was great and we knew that if we needed to discuss something Ryan would always make himself available.

All told our project ran very smoothly, to budget and on time. The standard of workmanship is very high as are the quality of the finish and materials used.
